Success! Glasgow Wellbeing Fund - Round 5

We are delighted to announce that Jambo! Radio received investment to support our organisation to deliver the ‘Mind Matters’ – Better Wellbeing for the African and Caribbean Community in Glasgow programme. 

This grant has been provided by Scottish Government and GCVS are processing it on their behalf.

‘Mind Matters’ – Better Wellbeing for the African and Caribbean Community in Glasgow includes a weekly ‘Mind Matters’ broadcast show promoting workshops via culturally sensitive conversations in familiar languages, connecting the African and Caribbean community adults via our Glasgow city centre hub and workshops to improve their mental health & wellbeing and Volunteers are empowered to facilitate workshops, develop broadcasting skills and improve their confidence.
